\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. GENERAL<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

1.1. Disrespect towards teachers, classmates, or administrative staff is not permitted. Ellipses English Hub reserves the right to deny access to services to any student who violates this rule.<\/p>

1.2. Hate speech, discrimination, and offensive comments will not be permitted in any area of our community.<\/span><\/p>

1.3. It is the student's responsibility to verify and respect the time zone of the sessions, especially in the case of students connecting from outside of Mexico.<\/p>

1.4. A microphone and camera are required. We ask that you keep your camera on during the sessions to facilitate interaction and enhance the learning experience. Students are also required to have a
quiet space to avoid distractions.<\/p>

1.5. Once the corresponding payment has been made, the student fully accepts the school regulations and these terms of service.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS<\/strong><\/p>

2.1. All payments must be made on the dates and under the conditions indicated at the time of registration. Once payment has been made, you must send your proof of payment only to the institution's official number to ensure its proper validation.<\/p>

2.2. Once the course or contracted service has started, no refunds will be issued.<\/p>

2.3. For any change of date or cancellation of course, private class or workshop, notification is required at least 48 hours in advance; if this deadline is not met, the refund DOES NOT APPLY.<\/p>

2.4. Payment must be made between the 15th and 22nd of each month or within the\u00a0<\/span>the first 7 days of each month; otherwise, Ellipses English Hub will penalize with the\u00a0<\/span>15% on the total amount of the service.<\/span><\/p>

2.5. If an invoice is required, it must be requested at the time of payment. Please note that all our services are invoiced plus VAT and the issuance of The invoice will be issued according to the information provided at the time of the\u00a0<\/span>application.<\/span><\/p>

2.6. Ellipses English Hub reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of 3 participants is not met. In this case, 100% of the payment will be refunded to the student.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

USE OF DIGITAL PLATFORMS<\/strong><\/p>

3.1. Online classes will be conducted through the Zoom digital platform or others that the Owner considers appropriate.<\/p>

3.2. The student is responsible for having a stable Internet connection, as well as the necessary devices to access the classes.<\/p>

3.3. Sharing access links to sessions with unregistered third parties is prohibited.<\/p>

3.4. It is forbidden to record, broadcast or distribute the sessions without the express written authorization of Ellipses English Hub.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/strong><\/p>

4.1. All material provided by Ellipses English Hub (presentations, guides, recordings, exercises, among others) is the intellectual property of the institution and is protected by law.<\/p>

4.2. The use of the materials is limited to the student's personal learning and may not be reproduced, copied or marketed without express authorization.<\/p>

ASSISTANCE, CANCELLATIONS AND REPLACEMENTS<\/strong><\/p>

5.1. Class attendance is the student's responsibility. Absences do not entitle the student to a refund.<\/p>

5.2. If a student requests a make-up class, they may schedule a 1-hour session at a cost of $350MX on Fridays between 12:00 and 15:00. Proof of payment must be sent at least 24 hours in advance to schedule the session. If the student does not connect within the first 10 minutes, the session will be canceled and no refunds will be issued.<\/p>

5.2. In the case of private classes, the student must notify the cancellation to\u00a0<\/span>You must give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule the session. If you fail to do so, the class will be canceled.\u00a0<\/span>The course will be considered completed and there will be no refunds. The student has the right to request only\u00a0<\/span>one replacement per class.<\/span><\/p>

5.3. In group programs, no replacements will be made for absences, unless the institution considers it feasible and communicates it in advance.<\/p>

SERVICE MODIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>

6.1. Ellipses English Hub reserves the right to modify schedules, teachers, course content and platforms when necessary, guaranteeing the continuity and quality of the service.<\/p>

6.2. Any changes will be notified to students as far in advance as possible.<\/span><\/p>
